At Trust Pack, hygiene is non-negotiable. Our entire packaging process is conducted under strict international food safety standards (ISO & FSSC 22000). We use only food-grade materials to ensure that your product remains absolutely pure and free from any external contamination, odor, or chemical migration.

Environmentally sound profile

Trust Pack Packaging uses the smallest total amount of material possible for a functional, protective package while maximising the proportion of renewable material.

On a roll

Trust Pack Packaging comes on a roll, which makes it compact to transport and store. The package's shape is created straight from the roll, giving you an extremely lean packaging concept which keeps costs down throughout the value chain.

Our Flexo Printing Method

High Quality . Consistent . Reliable

Maximum number of colours: 8

Design Preparation

Your artwork is prepared, color-matched, and proofed before anything reaches the press.

Material Preparation

Paperboard, polymers and foil are inspected on arrival and cleared against food-safety specifications.

Printing Process

Cartons are printed and checked for color accuracy, registration and finish on every run.

Doctoring Process

Material surfaces are refined and checked for consistency before handling.

Slitting

Printed reels are cut to exact carton width with tight tolerance control.

Lamination

Layers are bonded under controlled heat and pressure, then tested for adhesion strength.

MHS(material handeling system)

Reels move through the facility on a controlled system that keeps material clean and traceable.

Packaging of material

Finished reels are wrapped, labeled, and staged for dispatch.

Quality Inspection

A final check against seal, print, and barrier standards before your order is released.

Six layers. One promise: safe at ambient temperature.

A carton looks simple from the outside. Inside, it’s six bonded layers, each doing one job. Together they block light, oxygen, moisture, and bacteria- the four things that spoil food. This is why an aseptic carton can sit on a shelf for months and still open fresh.
