01 ‎ ‎ ‎What makes Trust Pack aseptic cartons different?

The aluminum layer. It sits between the paperboard and the product, thinner than a human hair, and it keeps out the light and oxygen that ruin flavor. That’s why UHT milk in our cartons holds for 3 months at room temperature. Juices go up to 12 months.

125 up to 1000ml. If you need something outside that, please ask us.

Around 70% of the carton is paperboard. A one-liter carton weighs 28 grams; the glass equivalent can weigh 380 grams, which shows up in every fuel bill down the supply chain. Recycling is the harder question. Cartons can be recycled, but only where facilities exist to separate the layers, and that varies enormously by country. Tell us where you’re selling, and we’ll tell you what’s actually available there.

We inspect material coming in, check print and registration on press, test the lamination bond, then inspect again before anything ships. Every run has batch records behind it. If you need our certifications for supplier qualification, email us, and we’ll send them over.

For repeated job lead time is 7 to 15 days and for new job lead time is 15 to 20 days. For family size MOQ is 30,000 pieces and for other sizes 250,0000 pieces.

Yes. Printing, color matching, and pre-press all happen here. You’ll see a proof and sign it off before we run anything.
