Your artwork is prepared, color-matched, and proofed before anything reaches the press.

Paperboard, polymers and foil are inspected on arrival and cleared against food-safety specifications.

Cartons are printed and checked for color accuracy, registration and finish on every run.

Material surfaces are refined and checked for consistency before handling.

Printed reels are cut to exact carton width with tight tolerance control.

Layers are bonded under controlled heat and pressure, then tested for adhesion strength.

Reels move through the facility on a controlled system that keeps material clean and traceable.

The aluminum layer. It sits between the paperboard and the product, thinner than a human hair, and it keeps out the light and oxygen that ruin flavor. That’s why UHT milk in our cartons holds for 3 months at room temperature. Juices go up to 12 months.

We inspect material coming in, check print and registration on press, test the lamination bond, then inspect again before anything ships. Every run has batch records behind it. If you need our certifications for supplier qualification, email us, and we’ll send them over.
For repeated job lead time is 7 to 15 days and for new job lead time is 15 to 20 days. For family size MOQ is 30,000 pieces and for other sizes 250,0000 pieces.
